Senior Business Analyst with Salesforce (0,5 FTE)

• Fluent Italian with ability to prepare documentation and facilitate discussions in Italian

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform
• Practical knowledge of SEPA Direct Debit and mandate management
• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner with successful outcomes
• Experience in large and complex IT projects using agile, hybrid, or adaptable methodologies
• Experience working through full software development lifecycle and multiple project streams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including leading meetings and workshops
• Ability to select, tailor, and apply analytical tools according to project needs
• Solid technical understanding and ability to collaborate with stakeholders, developers, architects, and UX teams
• Ability to quickly understand industry-specific processes, terminology, and contexts
• Strategic mindset balancing business priorities with technical, contractual, and operational constraints
• Strong ownership and leadership, independent and goal-oriented approach
• Ability to remain focused and effective in dynamic and changing environments
• Familiarity with emerging technologies is an asset
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat) to improve productivity and decision-making

• Experience applying GenAI in structured ways within SDLC including workflows and prompt patterns
• Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices for analysis, documentation, and workflow optimization

• Define the analytical approach for the project, ensuring business objectives are achieved
• Participate in large and complex IT projects delivered by geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams
• Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle from concept to maintenance
• Co-create delivery plans and roadmaps balancing business priorities with constraints
• Represent the project team in interactions with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate collaboration with business stakeholders to identify needs and validate solutions
• Work closely with UX Designers, Architects, and development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Independently prepare and own the Functional Analysis for the project stream in Italian
• Confirm the functional scope and define sanity test cases to validate the solution
• Analyse and document requirements related to SEPA Direct Debit and mandate management
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to clarify, validate, and align business needs
• Manage analytical complexity by identifying dependencies and ensuring consistency of requirements
