Senior Frontend Developer

• At least 6+ years of professional experience in software development
• Experience working on online products with large codebases and a significant user base
• Experience working with large-scale and distributed systems
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript (ES2020+), TypeScript and React, including React Hooks and server-side rendering
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, CSS Modules, and responsive design
• Experience with testing libraries such as Jest and React Testing Library
• Experience troubleshooting cross-browser compatibility and performance issues
• Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js and Express.js
• Familiarity with modern build and bundling tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Vite
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments such as GCP or AWS
• Experience working in Agile environments and a strong focus on delivering results
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required

Nice to have:

• Experience applying GenAI in a structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work
• Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g., agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches

• Developing and maintaining solutions within a high-availability infrastructure, focusing on improving customer experience, business performance, architecture, and technologies
• Designing and implementing new projects in collaboration with colleagues and external partners
• Working with modern technologies within a microservices architecture
• Contributing to a data-driven and experimental development approach, including A/B testing and insights-driven feature development
• Mentoring junior and mid-level developers and supporting their technical growth
• Improving coding standards, development processes, testing practices, tools, and team collaboration
