Technical Program Manager

• Extensive experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or similar delivery leadership roles
• Proven leadership of complex multi-team migration or transformation programs
• Experience delivering initiatives involving identity, access, endpoint, infrastructure, cloud, or platform migrations
• Practical knowledge of technologies such as Entra ID, Active Directory, O365, AWS, and VDI
• Experience combining technical migration work with stakeholder management, operational readiness, and controlled rollout
• Ability to collaborate credibly with senior engineers, architects, security specialists, business stakeholders, and external vendors
• Strong experience managing risks, dependencies, scope trade-offs, delivery blockers, and cross-team conflicts
• Ability to create structure and clarity amid evolving requirements, ownership, or plans
• Strong technical fluency to challenge assumptions without being a hands-on owner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong executive communication and decision-framing capabilities
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to take ownership of end-to-end delivery
• Ability to work independently and effectively in complex, distributed environments
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making
• Work from the European Union region with a valid work permit is required

• Translate migration objectives into executable program structures with clear workstreams, milestones, owners, assumptions, and success criteria
• Define scope and accountability across engineering, security, identity, infrastructure, O365 administration, and business stakeholders
• Create and maintain an integrated roadmap, identify critical paths, and highlight staffing and technical decision needs
• Own integrated delivery plan from analysis through migration design, execution readiness, rollout, and closure
• Coordinate teams and external contributors to keep workstreams aligned and dependencies managed
• Ensure migrations include business readiness, stakeholder communications, cutover planning, fallback considerations, and post-migration validation
• Maintain transparent view of risks, actions, issues, dependencies, and decisions across migrations
• Identify and escalate delivery blockers early, especially around device strategy, regional constraints, identity dependencies, tenant configuration, and capacity
• Escalate issues with clear recommendations and drive resolutions
• Establish governance appropriate for security-sensitive migration program
• Maintain integrated plan, RAID log, dependency map, decision log, stakeholder map, and executive status reporting
• Establish migration-readiness checkpoints and ensure controlled execution preparedness
• Challenge technical plans and migration sequencing to expose hidden dependencies or risks
• Facilitate discussions between identity, endpoint, infrastructure, security, and engineering specialists
• Translate technical constraints and dependencies into clear business and program implications
• Provide concise, fact-based reporting to senior stakeholders to distinguish progress, risks, blockers, and decisions
• Ensure governance focuses on decision-making and delivery discipline rather than administrative overhead
