Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer

This role is part of the AI-powered Invoice-to-Cash solution team, a market-leading platform using intelligent automation in accounts receivable processes.

• Proven experience with foundation models (e.g., GPT-4o/o3, Claude Opus 4.x / Sonnet 4.x, Llama 3.x).
• Strong understanding of AI Engineering principles.
• Hands-on prompt engineering experience, including few-shot, zero-shot, and defensive designs.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.
• Experience with fine-tuning LLMs and understanding of fine-tuning versus RAG use.
• Experience building and evaluating AI agents for complex tasks.
• Familiarity with evaluation pipelines for foundation models.
• Proficiency in Python or C# and frameworks/libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LangGraph, PyTorch.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AgenticOS patterns (memory management, tool registries, agent lifecycle orchestration).
• Knowledge of inference optimization, including quantization.
• Expertise in multi-modal generative models (text, image, audio).
• Deep knowledge of dataset engineering: curation, augmentation, synthesis.
• Experience designing end-to-end generative AI systems.
• Experience with LLMOps lifecycle management tools and platforms.
• Experience with Model Composition (MCP) techniques.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and implementation of guardrails.
• Familiarity with the financial domain and AI in regulated industries.

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade applications using foundation models.
• Develop robust evaluation methodologies for AI systems, including "AI as a judge".
• Apply model adaptation techniques: prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning.
• Create and manage datasets for training and fine-tuning models.
• Build and deploy AI agents to automate complex financial workflows.
• Optimize AI application performance for latency and cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions for CFO office challenges.
