Salesforce Business Analyst

Brown-Forman is a premium spirits company with a Global IT organization using platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Coupa, Workday, Concur, Cloudera, and Tableau. The role is part of the European Commercial IT team focusing on Salesforce-based systems supporting business partners in Italy and Spain.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience, including 1-2 years as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce, managing user security, and developing workflows and automation.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
• Understanding of business intelligence tools such as SAP BW, Tableau, or BusinessObjects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Methodical with time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Energetic and proactive attitude toward learning.
• Fluent in English.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Review requests for system enhancements for alignment with business and IT strategies.
• Document business processes and maintain system documentation and training materials.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs.
• Manage project schedules and communicate with regional and central teams.
• Manage users, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, and validation rules.
• Create and manage workflows and automation.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Manage data quality and perform data migration tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams.
• Provide ongoing end-user support.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices.
