Data Product Manager - (Digital Retail Experience)

Circle K is a global fuel retail company operating over 17,300 stores across 29 countries, serving nearly 9 million customers daily, supported by over 146,000 employees worldwide.

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related analytical field
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or data architecture
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
• Strong awareness of data governance frameworks and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
• Excellent communication skills in English

Roadmap & Strategy:

• Lead and develop a high performing team of Data Product Specialists
• Partner with the Group Product Manager to define and evolve data products powering metrics, experimentation, and insights
• Translate business and product needs into scalable data solutions including metric definitions, data models, and self-service analytics products

Data Integration & Engineering Partnership:

• Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to ingest and manage external data feeds
• Partner with Data Engineering to onboard data, resolve quality issues, and deliver reliable production-ready data products

Analytics & Insights Enablement:

• Work with Performance Analytics to deliver certified datasets for dashboards and analysis
• Partner with product managers to ensure data availability and quality
• Drive data product adoption through enablement guides, demos, FAQs, and feedback loops

Governance, Quality & Compliance:

• Operationalize data governance, privacy, and security standards
• Maintain data catalog, definitions, and lineage documentation
• Define and enforce data contracts, SLAs, and schema change processes with source system owners
