Manager Business Intelligence and Master Data Management CE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial or business controlling, data management, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI including DAX and Power Query.
• Strong understanding of EPM systems, master data structures, and enterprise reporting frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, D365, or Workday.
• Familiarity with automation tools or scripting like Python and Power Automate.
• Experience with enterprise data lakes and finance structures.
• Exposure to agentic or AI-driven analytics frameworks is a plus.

• Support financial (Project and Client P&L) and operational controlling processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and performance data across systems.
• Contribute to enterprise performance management (EPM) initiatives.
• Maintain and govern key master data across finance and business systems.
• Define and implement data quality standards and harmonization processes.
• Collaborate with IT, EMEA, and business teams to ensure MDM alignment within EPM tools and the Samurai data lake.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports providing actionable business insights.
• Automate data pipelines and integrate multiple data sources to improve reporting efficiency.
• Support stakeholders with ad hoc analysis and data visualization best practices.
• Identify and implement process automation and optimization opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across CE and EMEA to enhance data and reporting flows.
