Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cashless transaction monitoring or fraud prevention in the financial sector.
- Knowledge of fraud detection methods and transaction analysis processes.
- Very good command of English enabling cooperation with international teams.
- Analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work under time pressure and readiness to work from 6:00 to 14:00.
Obowiązki
- Analyze alerts generated by transaction monitoring systems to identify potential fraud.
- Verify the authenticity of suspicious transactions and clarify circumstances of fraud occurrences.
- Monitor fraud trends and recommend actions to mitigate financial risk.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and operational teams in an international environment.
- Propose improvements to monitoring systems to increase effectiveness in detecting fraud.
