Associate Director, Solutions Architect - Agentic AI / Moveworks / ServiceNow

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions integrating multiple platforms with ServiceNow.
• Strong experience with IT service management platforms like ServiceNow, including workflows and service automation.
• Solid understanding of cloud architectures and integration patterns using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience integrating identity and access management and collaboration platforms (e.g., Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft Teams).
• Working knowledge of APIs, web services, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance in enterprise SaaS and AI solutions.
• Ability to provide technical leadership including architecture guidance and design reviews.
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of explaining complex technical concepts.
• Experience in large, complex enterprise environments with multiple vendors and platforms.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred:

• Experience with contact center software like Five9, AWS Connect, MS Dynamics, Genesys, or Nice.
• Experience with enterprise virtual assistant solutions such as Moveworks, Aisera, Expressive.
• Experience driving platform adoption and operational maturity for digital workplace solutions.
• Background in IT operations, service delivery, or employee experience initiatives.
• Experience influencing technical direction without direct authority.
• Ownership of platform governance, standards, or architectural roadmaps.
• Certifications like The Open Group Master Certified Architect, AWS, Azure Solutions Architect, or AI/ML certifications.

• Lead design and delivery of scalable integration architectures connecting SaaS platforms including Moveworks and ServiceNow.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, solution standards, and guidance to application and platform teams.
• Translate business needs into secure, scalable technical architectures.
• Partner with IT operations, service owners, and stakeholders to define use cases, governance, and drive adoption of conversational AI and automation.
• Ensure consistency across enterprise design principles balancing innovation, security, and operational reliability.
