Oracle HCM Specialist/BA with SAP SuccessFactors

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (learning experience preferred)
• Hands-on experience in learning configuration including catalogue, enrolment, and workflows
• Reporting experience using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Data migration experience using HDL
• Strong understanding of employee/non-worker lifecycle and learning business flows
• Experience with data extraction from legacy systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
• Skills in data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
• Ability to analyse source data structures and translate business/data requirements into migration logic

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs
• Familiarity with JSON and XML data structures
• Understanding of integration dependencies and data flows
• Experience with SCORM troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Fast Formula and HCM Extract
• Experience in global or multi-country HCM projects

Oracle HCM Configuration (Core Scope):

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud with focus on Oracle Learning
• Set up catalogues, offerings, content types
• Configure audience rules, eligibility criteria, enrolment logic
• Manage workflows, approvals, notifications, and roles

Content & Learning Management:

• Upload and validate SCORM packages
• Manage catalogue structure and content taxonomy
• Ensure correct assignment and visibility of training

Reporting & Documentation:

• Design and develop reports using OTBI and BI Publisher (~20–30 reports)
• Maintain report documentation and data governance/process documentation

Data Migration & Management:

• Perform data migration using HDL / HSDL
• Prepare data templates
• Cleanse and transform data
• Validate and reconcile data with business expectations

Business Analysis – SAP SuccessFactors (Data Extraction Scope):

• Perform learning data extraction from SAP SuccessFactors
• Analyse legacy learning data structures and data quality
• Define mapping and data transformation rules for migration
• Support data migration planning, validation, and reconciliation between source and target systems

Integration Support (Secondary Scope):

• Work with integration teams (OIC / IAM) to validate data flows and mappings
• Support learning-related integrations such as user provisioning and content synchronization

This position is remote, but candidates must be physically located and legally authorized to work in Poland.
