• Strong expertise in Workspace ONE (policies/profiles, compliance, smart groups, Intelligence, automation).
• Knowledge of patch and vulnerability management methods including rings, validation, and remediation governance.
• Deep troubleshooting skills across operating systems and UEM components including agents, certificates, and policy conflicts.
• Automation skills with PowerShell, Bash or Python fundamentals; experience in API usage and Git practices.
• Fundamentals of PKI/SCEP and understanding of Entra ID join and device access principles.
• Familiarity with ITIL v4 processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and a root cause analysis mindset; strong documentation discipline.

Nice to have:

• Advanced packaging and deployment engineering skills (Win32/MSIX, macOS pkg, mobile managed apps, scripting).
• Preferred certifications: Omnissa/VMware Workspace ONE Administrator/Specialist, Jamf 200+/300+, ITIL v4 Foundation, Entra ID fundamentals/security baseline exposure.
• Minimum 3 years in EUC/UEM/Device Management with Tier-3 troubleshooting responsibilities.
• Experience delivering standards for packaging, patching, and compliance at enterprise scale.

• Serve as the Tier-3 escalation point for enterprise endpoint management.
• Ensure secure and compliant management of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Define and enforce standards for enrollment, policies, packaging, patching, and compliance.
• Perform L3 engineering tasks including complex troubleshooting and patch/vulnerability strategy.
• Automate at scale and govern deliveries through rings, pilots, and phased rollouts.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management activities.
• Secure changes via Change Advisory Board (CAB) discipline.
• Enable Level 2 support through runbooks and coaching.

• English language proficiency at least B1 level required.
• Knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage.
