IT Program Director F/M

• Proven ability to coach and develop high performing teams
• 3-5 years managing managers and top technology talent
• Over 5 years experience delivering and operating technology, preferably in merchandising, sales, service, ecommerce, or marketing technology
• Fluent in English
• Strong balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work at all management levels from executive to operational teams
• Ability to innovate

• Obtain a high level of satisfaction from merchandising leaders
• Define and implement comprehensive technical capabilities to support merchandising strategy
• Collaborate with Merchandising teams to automate services and processes
• Leverage latest technology developments to maximize software benefits
• Develop, monitor, and improve key performance indicators and adhere to SLAs
• Identify and implement cost reduction measures while improving user capabilities
• Develop managers and experts to ensure healthy succession within the Merchandising IT team
• Act as a general leader within IT and trusted advisor to the Group IS Director and IT Leadership Team
• Participate actively in IT leadership to drive overall IT strategy
