Data Analyst F/M

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar data-related role.
• Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

Analytics Project Participation:

• Translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Design and implement sustainable reporting and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes.
• Contribute to evolving the company towards a data-driven organization.

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a single point of contact for business stakeholders.
• Understand, challenge, and prioritize business needs.
• Coordinate with BI teams, developers, and data experts to deliver solutions.

End-to-End Data Analysis:

• Manage data collection, analysis, visualization, and presentation.
• Analyze customer, product, and transactional data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Deliver clear insights to influence decision-making.

Ad-hoc Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

• Provide analytical support for strategic projects and initiatives.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to business partners.
• Monitor quality of delivered solutions and report issues.

Governance & Knowledge Sharing:

• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and IT policies.
• Support adoption of reporting tools through training and guidance.
• Contribute to development and upskilling of team members.
