Linux Platform Engineer

The Dimetra's engineering team delivers mission-critical TETRA-based communications systems used by public safety organizations and military sectors in over 100 countries.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Linux systems development or maintenance
• In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems and KVM virtualization administration and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of Bash
• Good knowledge of Python
• Basic knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, routing, and switching
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• English language skills enabling effective communication
• Ability to work 2 days a week from Krakow office

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Scrum methodology
• Experience with GIT and JIRA
• Experience with automation frameworks and Jenkins

• Design, develop, and test Linux-based platform solutions
• Perform manual integration level testing
• Automate tests and maintain test automation frameworks
• Maintain platform hardware
• Collaborate within Scrum teams following Agile practices
