Continuous Integration, Test and Deployment Engineer/Field Engineer

Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o is a global technology company focused on building and connecting technologies that help protect people, property, and places through communication systems. The role is within the Systems Integration team, working on TETRA/Dimetra communication systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information and Communications Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Automation, or related field.
• Solid understanding of IP networks (v4), routing protocols, TCP/IP, and telecommunications related to RF signaling.
• Familiarity with operating systems: Linux, Unix, Windows 10/11, Windows Server.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for deployment projects (~60-70% travel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to represent the company professionally and work effectively under pressure onsite.
• Proficient in English with fluent communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience building IP networks and configuring network devices.
• Experience with servers hosting Linux OS.
• Network traffic analysis skills using Wireshark.
• Advanced telecommunications knowledge.
• ISTQB certification.

• Analyze system requirements for Dimetra systems operating within the TETRA standard and design comprehensive test scenarios.
• Execute functional system-level tests, analyze results, debug applications and interfaces, and troubleshoot protocol stacks.
• Travel to customer sites to deploy, configure, and integrate certified Dimetra features, system updates, and infrastructure into live environments.
• Conduct final acceptance testing (SAT/FAT) and validate implemented features on customer infrastructure.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and system tuning during deployment using various debugging and analysis tools.
• Prepare system configurations for Transport Network, Base Stations, Core Servers, software applications, interfaces, and mobile subscribers for lab and system-level tests.
• Act as technical point of contact for clients during roll-out, collaborating with Architects, System Designers, and development teams.
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies, combining strong manual testing skills with development of automated tests using AI.
