Cybersecurity Architect

Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o delivers the Mission Critical Communication System DIMETRA, focusing on system requirements, implementation, and customer support. The role is part of the Windows Platform Team within the DIMETRA Engineering department.

• Expert-level knowledge in cybersecurity fields, threat modeling, architectures, and secure communication protocols.
• Minimum 3 years of experience aligning complex software platforms with security standards such as CRA, STIGs, NIST, and BSI.
• Knowledge of LMR/Communication Networks Infrastructure.
• Experience managing software vulnerability lifecycles and mitigating supply chain risks.
• Strong collaboration skills with leadership ability to steer a network of security-focused professionals.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Application Servers, communication protocols, and security features in communication system infrastructure.
• Prior experience as a Product Security Champion or leading decentralized security champion programs.

• Ensure strict alignment with key international security standards including CRA, MRA, NIST, and STIG.
• Conduct deep technical analysis of complex DIMETRA customer security requirements.
• Drive risk management and mitigation strategies across the product software lifecycle.
• Lead and manage DIMETRA vulnerability lifecycles for customers, products, and regulatory frameworks.
• Define and own the Cybersecurity Roadmap and development of advanced security features.
• Maintain secure lifecycles and evaluate vulnerabilities for integrated third-party software components.
• Perform product security reviews, threat modeling, and coordinate with DIMETRA Product Cybersecurity Champions.
