Senior Windows Platform Engineer

Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o operates in mission critical communication systems, delivering the DIMETRA System used mainly by governmental and commercial emergency services across Europe, including Armed Forces.

• Expert-level proficiency in Windows Server and Client architectures with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
• Deep technical knowledge of Active Directory, Public Key Infrastructure, and Windows security hardening.
• Proven expertise in PowerShell engineering and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Strong architectural and troubleshooting skills in enterprise networking protocols.
• Experience in integrating and ensuring product security in enterprise environments.
• Competence in Linux administration and KVM virtualization for hybrid infrastructures.
• Excellent command of English with strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work 2 days a week from Krakow office (Czerwone Maki).

• Develop and maintain solutions for Windows platforms including automated installation and configuration, system security updates, and integration of AntiVirus software within the DIMETRA System.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle in an agile, self-organizing team.
• Deliver and support Windows Server and Client OS platforms, virtualized security products, and Active Directory services.
• Contribute to enterprise infrastructure architecture and networking protocol design.
• Implement and maintain automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code for Windows and hybrid infrastructures.
• Manage cross-platform integrations with Linux administration and KVM virtualization.
