Product Designer

At Motorola Solutions, a global company focused on public safety technology, the Global Product Organization (GPO) team in Poland is working on future-facing technology for Mission Critical users, including Police, Fire, and EMS, as well as Mission Essential commercial markets.

• Proven experience in UX research with a strong portfolio.
• Experience using AI tools for research and design workflows (e.g., LLMs, AI-driven synthesis, prototyping).
• Advanced visual design skills including building and maintaining component libraries and design systems such as Figma.
• Experience designing and launching AI-powered products or features (e.g., predictive UI, recommendation engines, NLP search).
• Strong collaboration and storytelling skills for communicating complex ideas.
• Experience designing for both mobile and web applications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design-related field with 2-3+ years of professional experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing workflows and UI for autonomous AI agents or multi-agent systems.

• Envision, prototype, and deliver comprehensive software solutions for in-field users across government, public safety, and enterprise sectors.
• Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research and usability testing.
• Create pixel-perfect UI designs and contribute to the global Design System component library.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance research, ideation, prototyping, and delivery processes.
• Design intuitive and transparent AI-based product features.
• Facilitate design sprints, brainstorming sessions, and workshops to advance the product vision.
