Senior Delivery Management Specialist - North America Channel (second shift)

Motorola Solutions is a global technology company focused on building and connecting technologies to help protect people, property, and places, fostering safer communities and environments. The role is within the Operations/Supply Chain team supporting multiple MSI ecosystem sites and a North American customer base.

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain or similar
• 3-5 years work experience in Material Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Distribution Planning, Operations, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Transportation or similar
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP system and G-suite applications is a plus
• Availability to accommodate US working hours

• Plan material to drive shipsets/sales orders to First Scheduled Ship Date (FSSD/on time delivery) while meeting customer request dates
• Understand and communicate revenue risks and recovery actions
• Develop and drive planning for material allocation decisions
• Proactively communicate constraints to Supply Chain leadership and Sales for orders and forecasts
• Predict future delinquent backlog to improve FSSD performance
• Plan and ensure proper tradeoffs between ocean and air deliveries
• Use data analytics to support efficient decision making
• Collaborate with Supply Planning and Product teams to resolve issues for long lead-time, discontinued or problem products
