Windows Platform Engineer

Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o operates in the mission-critical communication systems domain, delivering the DIMETRA system which serves governmental and commercial verticals including emergency services across Europe. The DIMETRA Engineering department is responsible for the system requirements definition, implementation, and customer support.

• Expert-level proficiency in Windows Server and Client architectures with experience managing complex enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory and Windows security hardening, including designing identity management frameworks.
• Expert skills in PowerShell for developing complex scripts and reusable modules to automate enterprise Windows infrastructure.
• Excellent English communication skills for articulating technical strategies and producing architectural documentation.

Nice to have:

• Expertise in networking protocols and services for designing and troubleshooting enterprise networks.
• Proficiency in Linux administration and KVM virtualization to manage hybrid infrastructure workloads.

• Develop and maintain solutions for Windows platforms including automated installation, system configuration, and security updates.
• Integrate AntiVirus software within the DIMETRA system.
• Collaborate in an agile, self-organizing team using a hybrid work model.
• Support the DIMETRA technology deployed in various critical verticals, including emergency services and armed forces systems across Europe.
