Oracle Database Administrator

Nasdaq is hiring for a role within their data management platforms focused on regulatory reporting in the financial sector. The position is based in Wrocław, Poland, offering a hybrid work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Query Performance Tuning.
• Strong Oracle DBA skills including installation, configuration, patching, and administration.
• Experience in Database Administration across enterprise-scale environments.
• Experience with Database and Infrastructure Monitoring using industry-standard tools.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with AxiomSL ControllerView or comparable regulatory reporting platforms.
• Experience with different database platforms.

• Analyze and translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions within the AxiomSL platform.
• Optimize query performance and database efficiency.
• Administer and maintain Oracle database environments ensuring reliability and security.
• Manage database configuration, maintenance, and performance benchmarking.
• Monitor database and infrastructure health to identify and resolve issues proactively.
