• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Marketing, Market Intelligence, or commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of the global pharmaceutical industry and/or API market
• Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships and conducting business negotiations
• Experience in identifying market trends, analyzing competitive landscapes, and translating insights into actionable business recommendations
• Ability to evaluate markets, customers, and emerging business opportunities
• Experience using market data, CRM systems, AI tools, and market intelligence resources to support business decisions
• Strong business acumen connecting market signals, customer needs, and technology trends to future growth
• Strategic mindset, independence, and results-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
