• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering high-quality assistance in the Customer Support Services sector.
• Manage and resolve complex inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with precision and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed customer records and ensure that all service level agreements are consistently met.
• Collaborate with international teams to improve internal workflows and user experience standards.
• Provide proactive solutions to customer feedback, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product developments to provide accurate and technical guidance to our Czech-speaking user base.
• Contribute to a positive team culture while hitting individual and group performance KPIs.
