Senior Business Analyst

Roche Digital Technology (RDT) is a global team at the heart of Roche focused on innovation and digital transformation in healthcare, powering Roche through digital technologies including artificial intelligence and scalable tech innovations. The team works on advancing Pharma and DIA Partnering business by building scalable data platforms and AI-powered applications.

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in complex enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable digital solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and strategic decision support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to attend occasional evening meetings for cross-market collaboration.

Nice to have:

• Experience with data platforms, AI-enabled applications, and pharmaceutical/life sciences business domains.

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across DIA Partnering and Corporate Business Development (CBD).
• Lead discovery workshops and business process analysis to define solution opportunities and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Support the evolution of a portfolio of digital products, including deal operations platforms and AI-enabled applications.
• Partner with data engineers to define business rules, KPIs, and analytical use cases.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating alignment and managing requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to prioritize initiatives, groom the backlog, support UAT, and ensure solution adoption.

The position requires flexibility to attend occasional evening meetings to collaborate across European and US markets.
