• 5+ years of experience in people leadership or program management with high-performing teams.
• Deep technical knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks applied to advanced analytics.
• Extensive experience managing scientific data analysis in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of software development, process architecture, and service delivery.
• 2+ years experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Sciences, Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, Information Technology, or related field.
• Demonstrated Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach (VACC) leadership behaviors.
