Senior Business Analyst

• 5+ years of Business Analysis, Technology Consulting, Product Analysis, or comparable experience.
• Ability to work with ambiguous requirements, structure complex problems, evaluate solution options, and translate business needs into actionable requirements and implementation plans.
• Fluency in English.
• Proactive mindset with focus on process improvements and organizational development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Experience in large enterprise environments; advantage in life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries.
• IIBA certification (e.g., CCBA/CBAP) or equivalent is an advantage.
• Experience with UX or user-centered design practices is an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation, traceability, and change management.
• Facilitation skills for workshops and complex discussions.
• Experience in Agile product delivery with tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Experience working across global and cross-functional organizations.
• Practical fluency with Generative AI concepts and tools including Large Language Models, prompting, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, model evaluation.
• Professional experience working with AI solutions in enterprise environments is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of enterprise AI considerations including data privacy, security, responsible AI, governance, intellectual property, and access management.
• Ability to communicate AI topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of enterprise technology concepts such as SaaS platforms, integrations, APIs, identity and access management, and data flows.
• Familiarity with Low Code/No Code automation platforms is an advantage.
• Understanding of enterprise technology delivery, product lifecycle, governance, security, privacy, and operations.

Business Analysis Leadership:

• Independently plan and manage end-to-end Business Analysis activities for complex initiatives.
• Define approach, scope, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Analyze business needs, root causes, capabilities, and risks.

Requirements Management:

• Elicit, analyze, prioritize, validate, document, and manage business, stakeholder, functional, non-functional, and transition requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and resolve conflicting needs.

Solution Evaluation:

• Define success measures and acceptance criteria.
• Validate solutions against business needs.
• Identify improvement opportunities based on feedback and usage insights.

AI Business Analysis:

• Translate business needs into requirements for AI-enabled solutions.
• Help stakeholders understand AI capabilities, limitations, risks, and implementation considerations.

Adoption & Enablement:

• Support platform rollout and onboarding.
• Drive adoption through training sessions, user guides, FAQs, and internal communications.

Platform Operations:

• Support license and access management.
• Track adoption, usage, and feedback.
• Monitor vendor releases and assess impacts on security.

Impact & Delivery:

• Support Product Owner and Product Manager with analysis and requirements informing roadmaps and governance.

BA Practice Development:

• Mentor junior and intermediate Business Analysts.
• Contribute to BA standards, templates, methods, and Community of Practice activities.
