Java Developer ( Agent - First Development Mindset )

• Strong knowledge of Java (including Java 17+ features), JVM internals, memory management, and concurrency.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, including Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform.
• Proficiency in SQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Solid experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Advanced proficiency with Git, including branching strategies and code review processes.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in Java software development.
• Advocate for high-quality code, best practices, and clean code principles (SOLID).
• Fluent English language skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be proactive in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and evolve microservices powering clinical workflows including image ingestion, case management, algorithm orchestration, and third-party integrations.
• Optimize software development lifecycle using AI tools for refactoring, bug hunting, and code generation.
• Use prompt engineering to improve speed and quality of production-ready code.
• Take full ownership of features and projects from conception to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate effectively within a distributed, agile squad.
• Articulate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
