Team Lead Engineering Developer Intelligence

• Over 5 years of experience in people leadership, product/service management, or similar roles.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise-grade AI software development, agentic engineering, and modern platform engineering.
• Lean and agile mindset with servant leadership fostering high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen to translate user feedback into scalable platform features.
• Proven ability to guide tools from prototype to support and decommissioning for thousands of users.
• Experience managing platform reliability and meeting SLAs for global teams.
• Strong understanding of software and product development methodologies.

Nice to have:

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industries.

• Lead the Developer Intelligence team to provide AI-enhanced tools that empower developers.
• Own the full product lifecycle from feature requests to deployment and maintenance.
• Set technical focus and remove impediments for efficient delivery.
• Drive team capability development aligning career growth with engineering goals.
• Manage team health by fostering psychological safety and a sustainable work pace.
• Partner with Product Managers to co-create technical roadmaps and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Define success metrics and analyze performance data to optimize processes and team efficiency.

This offer and salary ranges are applicable to Poland. The role requires presence in office on average three days per week under a hybrid work model.
