(Senior) Salesforce Solution Architect - RDT Enterprise Platforms and Services

The position is within the Salesforce Platform Center of Excellence focusing on Sales and Marketing product technology roadmap and architecture.

• Experience designing business-driven, standards-based solutions within the Salesforce Platform context.
• Proven ability to maintain vision, roadmap, and assess impacts of initiatives on risk and application landscape.
• Knowledge in Salesforce and API / MCP driven integrations.
• Proficiency in creating Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, and Ontologies.
• Ability to define and drive reference architectures, patterns, NFRs, and fitness functions.
• Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Life Science Cloud; Salesforce Certifications in Architecture are a plus.
• Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of Life Science and Diagnostics CRM processes, compliance requirements such as GxP and ICFR.
• Ability to balance global platform consistency and stream aligned delivery requirements.

• Designs solutions in Sales and Marketing Automation meeting product requirements and enterprise standards within the Salesforce Platform context, managing NFRs and fitness functions.
• Maintains vision, roadmap, and current landscape for the Salesforce Platform and solutions.
• Creates Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, and Ontologies for solutions and interfaces.
• Defines reference architectures, patterns, and records Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
• Provides technical oversight, guidance, and consultation on Salesforce technologies to product teams.
• Researches, evaluates, pilots, and drives adoption of new technologies, managing technical debt.
• Contributes to Architecture Practices development and mentoring.
• Explains complex information clearly and builds consensus among stakeholders.
