Wymagania
- Extensive experience leading UX/CX for complex initiatives or products from concept to implementation.
- Proven ability to resolve highly complex and ambiguous UX challenges.
- Experience managing stakeholder expectations and influencing design and business decisions.
- Experience mentoring and developing other designers.
- Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and iterative design processes.
- Expertise in applying human-centered design and research methodologies such as advanced usability testing and qualitative research.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to propose, define, and evaluate UX success metrics relevant to the domain.
Obowiązki
- Lead UX/CX for complex initiatives, projects, or products from concept through implementation.
- Manage features, designs, and value metrics across digital solutions and services.
- Contribute to defining and evolving UX best practices and standards.
- Resolve complex and ambiguous UX challenges with pragmatic solutions.
- Guide and empower team members to tackle design and user experience challenges.
- Communicate complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Lead proactive conversations to build consensus and align strategic direction.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and cultivate trusting relationships.
- Lead UX initiatives to improve user satisfaction, engagement, and business value.
- Mentor and develop other designers and contribute to the broader UX community.
- Apply appropriate human-centered design and research methodologies.
