Wymagania

  • Proven experience in delivery management roles (Project Manager, Program Manager, Process SME) managing medium to large technology and process projects.
  • Experience driving initiatives from strategy to scalable operations with measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with process mapping, optimization, and governance using structured frameworks.
  • Proficiency with multiple project delivery methodologies.
  • Certification or practical application of Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and architecture frameworks.
  • Understanding of data management principles including data quality, reporting, and metrics.
  • Awareness of leveraging AI for business process augmentation.
  • Experience in organizational change management.
  • Strong analytical skills and mentoring ability.
  • Ability to synthesize and present complex operational, technical, and data insights for executives.

Obowiązki

  • Define, manage, and control the scope of medium-to-large initiatives in infrastructure, platform, and engineering environments.
  • Drive root-cause analysis and formulate improvement plans using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Oversee health, adoption, and compliance of enterprise IT processes embedding standards like ITIL and IT4IT.
  • Identify opportunities for process augmentation with AI to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Track initiative milestones, budget health, and risk parameters; ensure data integrity and transparent reporting.
  • Partner with technical teams to embed software quality engineering principles, regulatory rigor, and compliance.
  • Identify and manage diverse stakeholders, act as trusted advisor, resolve conflicts, and manage communications.
