Technical Product Owner - Patient Support

• Demonstrated experience defining tasks, coaching engineers, and leading medium to large-scale technical projects.
• Strong analytical skills to understand business processes and translate them into technical specifications using agile principles.
• Deep experience with API-first architectures, integration patterns, event-driven approaches, DevOps, and platform engineering practices including CI/CD and cloud-native models.
• Hands-on experience with testing strategies, defect management, IT governance, and system documentation for enterprise platforms.
• Proven commercial acumen managing budgets, resource optimization, and vendor costs.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills for senior engineers.
• Full professional fluency in English.

• Own the product backlog for assigned systems, prioritizing features based on business value and compliance.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to architectural patterns, technology strategies, and non-functional expectations including performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Partner with Business Product Owners to align technical execution with commercial objectives.
• Serve as the accountable System Owner to ensure applications are fit-for-purpose, secure, and compliant.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Drive knowledge transfer, system documentation, and operational runbooks.
• Coordinate integrations, data workflows, and Managed Service Provider collaboration while participating in Agile ceremonies.
