The role supports the Pharma Organisation Medical Affairs, which bridges clinical development and commercialization of medicines, focusing on External Stakeholder Engagement and digital transformation of scientific evidence management and communication.
Wymagania
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of Solution Architect experience.
- Experience designing business-driven, standards-based, future-ready solutions, preferably in Pharma R&D or Commercial.
- Experience maintaining vision, roadmap, and solution landscape, assessing impacts on risks and applications.
- General and in-depth knowledge in multiple technology domains including networks, security, and databases.
- Implementation experience with major applications such as cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure), Veeva, Salesforce, and Agentic Platforms preferred.
- Proficiency in creating Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, and Ontologies.
- Ability to define and drive reference architectures and integration patterns.
- Ability to quickly comprehend new and emerging technologies, including vendor assessments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive mindset to enhance value, improve solutions, and manage technical debt.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies, including DevOps concepts, preferably in a regulated environment.

Scope / Content Leadership:
- Design solutions meeting product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards.
- Manage Non-Functional Requirements and fitness functions.
- Document and evolve architecture throughout product lifecycle and align with architecture governance.
Accountability/Problem Solving:
- Solve complex problems by analyzing multiple information sources.
- Maintain vision, roadmap, and current solution landscape.
- Assess impacts and dependencies of initiatives on capabilities, risk, and application landscape.
- Create Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, and Ontologies.
- Define and drive reference architectures, patterns, and record Architecture Decision Records.
Stakeholder Management:
- Clearly explain difficult or sensitive information.
- Actively build consensus among stakeholders and drive information exchange.
Impact/Strategy:
- Develop and maintain product technology roadmap.
- Provide technical oversight and consultation.
- Improve existing solutions, manage technical debt, and pilot new technologies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance value and business processes.
