OSS Lead - RDT Quality, Risk & Compliance

• Proven experience leading geo-distributed teams through influence and mentorship.
• Experience applying design thinking, lean, prioritization, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments undergoing transformational change.
• Hands-on skills in automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), logging, monitoring, observability, infrastructure configuration, and scripting languages.
• Experience applying Software Engineering principles and automated testing in leading Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) and complex CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep experience with infrastructure system internals including availability, capacity, configuration, scalability, performance, and integrations.
• Experience defining Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
• Expertise in at least one of the following technology areas: Platform, Compute and Storage, Network Management, ERP Technology Management, High Performance Computing, Datacenter Management, or Database Management.
• Experience promoting DevOps principles, processes, and tools organization-wide.
• Capability to lead complex audit exercises and oversee Disaster Recovery execution plans.

• Establish the technical direction for the lifecycle of multiple interrelated platforms and services.
• Apply software engineering principles to build large-scale IT infrastructure and provide self-service tools for developers.
• Provide technical guidance in designing complex CI/CD pipelines and self-healing strategies.
• Lead Disaster Recovery design and execution plans.
• Lead maintenance of live services by designing critical metrics (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs).
• Accountable for availability, capacity planning, tuning, and scalability initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and influence senior levels including developers, managers, service suppliers, and vendors.
• Implement and update cost, compliance, and security best practices ensuring Quality/Regulatory compliance.
• Lead complex audit exercises and remediation plans.
• Manage ITSM processes and scale systems via automation.
• Collaborate globally with diverse, virtual teams and lead geo-distributed teams through influence and mentorship.
• Lead definition and implementation of computing infrastructure fully under software control.
• Design and lead Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) and CI/CD pipelines implementation.
