Salesforce Solution Architect - Customer & Patient Support

• Experience designing business-driven, standards-based, future-ready solutions in complex/multiple solution/product contexts.
• Proven track record architecting Salesforce platform solutions, especially for customer/patient experience ecosystems.
• Proactive contributor to architecture practices development and mentoring.
• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Hands-on proficiency in creating Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, Ontologies, and Integration pathways.
• Ability to define and drive reference architectures, design patterns, NFRs, and fitness functions across enterprise landscapes.
• Strong capability in driving external technology trends, piloting innovative platforms, and conducting vendor assessments.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset for identifying opportunities to enhance value, improve solutions, and lead teams in innovation.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA and/or GDPR regulatory frameworks impacting data storage, encryption, and transmission in healthcare/customer support.

• Designs solutions meeting product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards.
• Manages Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and fitness functions.
• Documents and evolves architecture throughout the product lifecycle aligned with architecture governance.
• Leads others to solve complex problems and exercises sophisticated analytical judgment.
• Maintains vision, roadmap, and landscape for multiple solutions.
• Creates Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, Ontologies, and Integration pathways.
• Defines and drives reference architectures, patterns, NFRs, and fitness functions; records Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
• Drives external technology trend assessments and vendor evaluations.
• Communicates complex concepts and negotiates stakeholder adoption.
• Provides technical oversight and guidance on technologies to product teams.
• Improves existing solutions and manages technical debt.
• Researches, evaluates, pilots, and drives adoption of emerging technologies like generative AI agents and data cloud harmonization.
