Solution Architect - DIA R&D

• Demonstrated experience designing business-driven, standards-based, and future-ready solutions within a specific solution context.
• Experience maintaining vision, roadmap, and current landscape for technical solutions and assessing initiative impacts on risk and application landscapes.
• Hands-on experience in creating Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Preferably with previous collaboration experience with R&D users.
• Knowledge of modern architecture practices, including effective use of Non-Functional Requirements and Architecture Decision Records.
• Proficiency in creating Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, and Ontologies.
• Ability to define and drive reference architectures, patterns, NFRs, and fitness functions.
• Strong capability to drive external technology trend assessment and vendor evaluations.
• Solid collaboration and influencing skills with ability to lead and inspire.
• Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Design solutions that meet product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards within a specific solution context, managing Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and fitness functions.
• Document and evolve architecture throughout the product lifecycle and align with architecture governance.
• Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions tailored to business needs.
• Solve complex problems by analyzing multiple information sources and maintain the solution vision, roadmap, and current landscape.
• Assess impacts and dependencies of initiatives on capabilities, risks, and application landscape.
• Create Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, and Ontologies for solutions and interfaces.
• Define and drive reference architectures, patterns, and ensure Architecture Decision Records are maintained.
• Manage stakeholder communication to build consensus and drive information sharing.
• Provide technical oversight, guidance, and consultation on technologies for product teams.
• Improve existing solutions, manage technical debt, and research, evaluate, pilot, and adopt new technologies.
• Identify opportunities to enhance business value.
