Wymagania

  • Over 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or similar roles with a track record of launching and managing technology products.
  • More than 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industries.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery and development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with GxP, FAIR data principles, and data privacy regulations like GDPR.
  • Understanding of modern software architecture including microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of data science and AI/ML concepts is a major advantage.
  • Ability to translate high-level business and scientific goals into concrete product vision and roadmap.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills for managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.

  • Accountable for setting product strategy, roadmap, and features aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • Integrate AI capabilities proactively into the product roadmap.
  • Define, track, and communicate KPIs for measuring product performance.
  • Collect, understand, and prioritize internal user needs.
  • Act as primary owner of customer problems and deliver valuable solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate product roadmap and timelines.
  • Lead, hire, and onboard employees to build a collaborative, high-performing team.
  • Define success metrics, analyze user behavior, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop business cases including market analysis, revenue projections, and cost estimates.
  • Allocate engineering and design resources to maximize product impact.
