• Extensive experience managing complex initiatives autonomously in ambiguous environments with advanced Business Analysis Consultancy knowledge (required).
• Proven expertise in defining, validating, and deploying large-scale AI/Machine Learning models and Agentic AI workflows (required).
• Strong problem-solving skills innovatively applying standard methodologies to complex problems (required).
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities (required).
• Leadership and mentorship experience within organizational development and Communities of Practice (preferred).

• Oversee initiatives and solution streams autonomously in complex and ambiguous contexts.
• Advise leadership through value analysis, risk assessment, and roadmap development.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for complex business problems across organizational boundaries.
• Manage stakeholders and conflicts to build alignment and empower teams.
• Leverage AI/ML/GenAI and Agentic AI technology knowledge to inform strategies and solutions.
• Define and validate requirements for AI-ready data, ethical AI, and model deployment in regulated environments.
• Manage evolving product requirements with a holistic systems thinking approach.
