Wymagania

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 5 years experience across multiple Delivery Management archetypes such as Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Release Train Engineer.
  • Proven experience in Technical PMO and workpackage orchestration managing cross-stream dependencies and backlog tracking.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and engineering sprint plans.
  • Solid foundational knowledge in data management principles including Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC), Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Governance.
  • Proficiency with Agile and PMO collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience in community orchestration and executive presentations.

Obowiązki

  • Independently define, manage, and control the scope of medium to large initiatives aligning technical delivery with strategic objectives.
  • Plan and execute Global Data Strategy workpackages including cross-stream dependencies and backlog management.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate scope-related risks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide flexible and adaptive PMO support, from active governance to roadmap tracking.
  • Manage delivery of complex features, services, or technical releases including Agile Release Train increments.
  • Coordinate and drive implementation of enterprise data policies, content strategies, and cultural change initiatives.
  • Orchestrate workstreams focused on Metadata Management, Master Data Management (MDM), and Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC).
  • Partner with Head of Data Governance to orchestrate networks, foster Communities of Practice, and mentor colleagues.
