Wymagania

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 7-10+ years providing architectural oversight and strategic guidance in complex, matrixed cross-domain contexts.

  • Proven leadership within the architecture community defining architectures aligned with business objectives and technology strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge in two or more domain or technology areas to resolve complex cross-functional challenges.
  • Deep expertise in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and IT operating models such as IT4IT and ITIL.
  • Practical experience defining data models and architectures for enterprise tools like ServiceNow, SAP, LeanIX, and ArchiMEDES.
  • Strong capability in PACE Layering classification, value stream mapping, and classification mapping.
  • Demonstrated leadership in federated architect networks and ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
  • Commitment to enterprise mindset prioritizing organizational success and inclusive culture.

Obowiązki

  • Architect the North Star for "RDT as a Business," defining target-state architectures and capability models for internal operations.
  • Take ownership of evolving the RDT Application, Technology Landscape, and Data Model.
  • Support evolution and integration of the Operating Model with strategy, portfolio, delivery, and operations.
  • Shift the organization toward data-driven portfolio management and AI-enabled agile delivery.
  • Lead architecture governance for the Informatics Domain and drive cross-domain alignment.
  • Provide clarity and guardrails to enable speed and effectiveness in delivery.
  • Guide matrixed teams resolving complex cross-functional issues with broad organizational implications.
  • Act as architectural lead for major cross-domain initiatives to ensure cohesive target architectures.
  • Conduct architectural impact assessments and manage technical debt by simplifying application landscapes.
  • Leverage integrated architecture toolchains (e.g., ArchiMEDES) to provide insights for leadership.
