The Senior Master Data Analyst / Leader role is part of the MRHub Team within the Data Management & Data Quality Platforms department, focused on delivering IT operation services to support the reliable provision of life-saving products.
Wymagania
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Extensive experience leading complex data science projects end-to-end with significant business impact.
- Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership to influence strategic business decisions.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide data science frameworks and best practices.
- Deep understanding of Master Data, Data Quality, and related domains.
- Strong Data Product mindset focusing on source-agnostic design, consumption, and lifecycle.
- Hands-on skills with Snowflake, data engineering (pipelines, modeling, integration), dbt, Talend, and Gitlab.
- Solid project management and business analysis skills, including leading PoCs, migrations, and stakeholder coordination.
Obowiązki
- Lead the Master Data Product setup and lifecycle, independent of specific source systems.
- Manage and direct a small external team delivering Master Data Data Products and Snowflake capabilities.
- Manage the end-to-end request process for new or changed Master Data Data Products, including intake, governance engagement, approvals, and coordination with source system owners.
- Design and implement Data Products technically in Snowflake (pipelines, datasets, exposure for consumption).
- Coordinate closely with the Data Quality team and Ataccama to apply data quality rules on Snowflake datasets.
- Serve as the main operational contact for ongoing demand, changes, and incident/support needs around Master Data Data Products.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data and analytics needs and develop a product roadmap.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring delivery.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Teams and software developers for sustainable integration of data and analytics products into existing systems.

The role requires work in a hybrid model, with employees expected to be in the office on average two days per week, subject to business needs.
