• Demonstrated experience designing business-driven, standards-based, future-ready data architectures across one or multiple data domains.
• Deep technical knowledge of core data technology areas, including strong understanding of Conceptual and Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, and Ontologies.
• Proven ability to establish reference architectures, define fitness functions, track industry trends, and assess vendor technology feasibility.
• Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build collaborative consensus.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset focused on minimizing technical debt, identifying value-add opportunities, and mentoring peers within the broader data community.

• Designing innovative data solutions that meet business priorities, technical standards, and non-functional requirements across the data product life cycle.
• Maintaining the strategic architectural roadmap, vision, and the current landscape for data solutions ensuring scalability and long-term viability.
• Solving complex data challenges by evaluating multiple information sources to make sound architectural decisions.
• Defining reference architectures and patterns; rigorously documenting and maintaining Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
• Partnering with delivery teams to provide architectural oversight, consult on design patterns, manage technical debt proactively, and optimize existing data systems.
• Evaluating emerging data technologies and piloting innovative solutions to enhance data governance and business value.
• Communicating complex technical information clearly and empathetically to foster consensus among diverse stakeholders.
