Lead AI Learning Consultant

SimCorp is a company in FinTech focused on evolving financial technology and building organizational capability for AI adoption across all business functions.

• 5+ years of experience in learning & development, organizational capability building, or training facilitation.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs in corporate settings, especially on digital tools or technology topics.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude, and ability to translate that into learning content.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and tailor communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Effective facilitation and presentation skills for audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders.
• Familiarity with digital learning formats including e-learning, video, and self-paced modules.
• Structured approach to content development with attention to quality and learner experience.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Background in financial services or enterprise software environments is beneficial.

• Coordinate and align AI literacy initiatives across functions as the go-to resource for learning design and content.
• Design, develop, and deliver role-relevant AI learning programs across all employee functions and maturity levels.
• Build and maintain a library of playbooks, prompt guides, use-case templates, and workflow toolkits.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions, workshops, and self-paced learning modules for AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
• Support AI Enablement team advisory work by contributing training components to engagements.
• Manage communities of practice, AI advocates networks, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Measure learning effectiveness through adoption data, surveys, and feedback loops; refine content accordingly.
• Contribute to change management communications and awareness campaigns supporting AI adoption.
