Asset Servicing Hub - Onboarding Stream Lead

SimCorp is an independent subsidiary of the Deutsche Börse Group, providing integrated investment management solutions with over 4,000 employees internationally. The company recently merged with Axioma to offer a comprehensive front-to-back solution for its clients in the financial technology sector. The role is based in Warsaw, Poland, within a global, rapidly growing environment focused on asset servicing operations.

• Seniority and confidence in handling business-specific communication with clearing brokers, custodians, and asset managers.
• Experience in post-trade settlement processes within buy-side/asset management.
• Solid understanding of financial instruments including equities, fixed income, ETDs, and OTC derivatives.
• Familiarity with data interfacing, mapping, and data/interface requirements.
• General knowledge of testing processes such as unit testing and system integration testing.
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects within asset servicing operations.
• Ideally fluent in the client's local language in addition to English, with understanding of cultural nuances.
• Location aligned with client region (e.g., EMEA for European clients).
• Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively within teams.

• Take overall responsibility for ASH onboarding project management.
• Coordinate onboarding activities across multiple teams including Product Management, Outcome, Outreach, Testing, AFT, and Bottomline.
• Lead communication with clients regarding all assigned responsibilities.
• Define and maintain regular reporting and risk analysis in collaboration with Outreach PM and client’s Program Manager.
• Coordinate testing activities with SimCorp teams and execute test planning aligned with the project plan.
• Work closely with the Validation & Testing stream and project/product teams to define integration test scope and requirements.
• Coordinate requests for sample data ensuring timely availability.
• Manage client change requests related to integration scope and participating parties.
• Review requests, prepare required documentation, and provide initial assessments.
• Collaborate with architects and product development teams to define solutions.
• Consolidate effort estimations for outreach, build, and testing activities with relevant teams.
• Evaluate impact with Project Manager and SaaS Service Execution Management.
• Communicate outcomes to clients clearly defining scope, out-of-scope items, and dependencies related to timelines.
