Senior Software Engineer - Private Debt

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Over 3 years of software development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, architecture patterns, and clean code.
• Solid experience with C#/.NET (Core/Framework) for backend systems including APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with APIs (REST and streaming patterns) and messaging concepts like service bus patterns.
• Proficient with Git for code versioning.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Effective communication skills in an international context.

Nice to have:

• Experience in FinTech or regulated industries.
• Exposure to vector-based or functional programming languages to aid learning APL.

• Contribute to designing and developing backend systems in APL.
• Guide engineers through code reviews, technical planning, and agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product and engineering peers to deliver reliable and maintainable code.
• Drive code quality via unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Use Git workflows and operate in a continuous integration environment.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams and contribute to unified working methods.
• Understand and interpret client-specific requirements effectively.
