ADC Global Delivery Manager

SimCorp is a leading provider of integrated investment management solutions with over 4,000 employees globally. The company has an Advanced Delivery Center (ADC) established in Warsaw since 2016, expanded to Manila, Noida, and Mexico City. ADC focuses on standardizing and accelerating service delivery supporting Regional Teams in implementing SimCorp solutions worldwide. SimCorp is a subsidiary of Deutsche Börse Group and leverages combined brand strengths to offer a full front-to-back investment management solution.

• Over 5 years of direct project management experience including process development and execution, ideally with multiple concurrent engagements
• Experience in software implementation or upgrade projects
• Consulting or fintech background is a strong asset with client relationship and delivery management experience
• Experience with asset manager or investment management clients is a strong asset
• Work experience in client-facing roles including client onboarding
• Strong familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project
• Professional leadership skills to motivate and engage distributed teams
• Ability to make sound decisions balancing quality, cost, risk, and resources
• Time management, prioritization, and coordination skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Empathy and ability to listen
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict management skills
• PMI PMP / Prince2 certification or willingness to achieve within 12 months
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills

• Own a portfolio of mid-size, globally distributed projects with focus on system upgrades and client onboarding delivery
• Develop detailed project plans and communication documents based on scoping
• Manage ADC resources and balance priorities across concurrent projects
• Apply project management tools and techniques aligned with SimCorp delivery methodology
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks to projects and portfolio
• Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with regional teams and clients
• Organize and lead governance meetings to review delivery strategy
• Ensure smooth transition of deliverables to clients especially at onboarding and upgrade close
• Evaluate project progress and adjust strategy or resourcing as needed
• Contribute to building repeatable delivery processes to improve efficiency
