Senior/Lead Software Engineer - Technical Enablement

• Proficiency in C# with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD, and PowerShell scripting.
• Azure networking knowledge and related certifications.
• Practical experience with Azure technologies including Azure DevOps pipelines, Function apps, Service bus, and Cosmos DB.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Bicep or Terraform.
• DevOps mindset and belief in test-driven development.
• Ability to drive transformation and learn about business processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively, remain self-motivated, and consistently deliver results.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Create automated end-to-end tests based on input from business experts and architects.
• Guide business consultants in developing configuration with a DevOps approach.
• Monitor, react to, and debug failing tests.
• Provide first-level technical support on infrastructure, tools, and processes.
• Manage end-to-end infrastructure.
• Develop tools to support integrated tests.

For Italy candidates, salary ranges from EUR 41,360 to 62,040 under CCNL Commercio framework with additional benefits such as health care, leave, and retirement plans.
