Product Engineer for Collateral and Derivatives

• 10 years of experience as a Product Engineer bridging product and engineering.
• Strong fundamentals in software development and testing disciplines.
• Ability to quickly prototype solutions from problem statements.
• Experience writing precise technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on quality assurance including test design and defect triage.
• Experience engaging with clients or external counterparties.
• Solid knowledge of financial instruments such as Repos, Derivatives, collateral/securities products.
• Skill in running demos and translating business workflows into system behavior.
• Ability to frame engineering decisions by user and business value.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and problem structuring.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Regular professional use of AI coding assistants.
• Critical evaluation skills for AI-generated artifacts.
• Understanding of AI limitations relevant to software delivery.
• Agile practitioner fluent in Scrum and iterative delivery.
• Strong documentation practices treating knowledge base as product asset.
• Collaborative and decisive approach.

Product Value Delivery:
