Wymagania
- Certification as Oracle Database Administrator and proven experience in Oracle Database Administration
- Experience with RAC, Active Data Guard, and performance tuning of Oracle Database products
- Extensive experience with Oracle in Microsoft or Unix environments
- Exposure to LANs, WANs, Citrix Metaframe, Microsoft XP, Server 2003, SQL Server, and XML
- Good communication and organizational skills; professional proficiency in English
- Well-developed analytical skills and structured working approach
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under time-sensitive conditions
- Service-minded and able to work in a team
- Availability for weekend work approximately once per month and extended hours as needed
- Ability to work late shifts (3:00 to 23:00 CET)
Obowiązki
- Lead the management and optimization of Oracle database systems to support business and operational goals
- Oversee database installations, configurations, and upgrades
- Monitor database performance and implement solutions for efficiency and scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues
- Develop and implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
- Manage database security and access controls
- Mentor and guide junior database administrators
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define database requirements and align solutions

Inne informacje
For Poland only: The role is based on a late‑shift model, with working hours scheduled from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. CET. Ability to work on weekends approximately once per month and occasionally extended hours to support clients. Only applications sent through the company's career system will be processed.
