Lead full-stack Engineer (C#, Angular) - OTC Product Area

SimCorp is a leading provider of integrated investment management solutions with over 3,000 employees globally. The company is an independent subsidiary of the Deutsche Börse Group and offers a full front-to-back product known as SimCorp Dimension, used by hundreds of corporate clients worldwide in the financial domain. The role is part of SimCorp's Product Division, responsible for delivering functionality within specific modules of SimCorp Dimension.

• Excellent Angular skills for dynamic and responsive web applications.
• Good Azure skills, including cloud services and deployment.
• Good C# skills and knowledge of the .NET framework and object-oriented design.
• Experience in designing and developing REST APIs.
• Understanding of Service-Oriented Architectures.
• Interest and capability to work with complex architectures and backend solutions.
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a similar field.

Nice to have:

• Experience or readiness to learn functional programming languages such as OCaml, Standard ML, F#, Scala, or Haskell.
• Ability to develop and maintain automated tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (virtual and physical work environments).
• Ability to identify technical debt and introduce creative problem-solving ideas.

• Develop core functionality to support business modules.
• Build new UI and backend solutions for fintech products, advocating Angular best practices.
• Maintain existing code base.
• Review product code and formulate test scenarios.
• Collaborate with product management to refine new features.
• Continuously learn and develop personally, the team, and the product.
